Text of Complaint by Prabu:

I recharged 699 Airtel prepaid plan on 24-Nov-2023, which includes Amazon Prime Membership. I tried to activate it, but i could not do so as it shows “Something went wrong”. I called both Airtel as well as Amazon customer care. Both services are just playing blame game. Airtel told it’s claimed and active, on the other side Amazon told it’s suspended by Airtel. I’m tired of calling both of the customer services. Till today 8-Dec-2023 they are not able to solve the issue. I called, chatted, mailed multiple times both Airtel and Amazon, but yet they are with blame game. Amazon and Airtel both business giants are cheating the customer. I have paid for the services, but i didn’t get the service for which I have paid for, i.e. Amazon prime membership activation. They just took money and cheating without giving service as stated in 699 plan. I’m fed-up of calling again and again both customer care people. No one are in the capacity to solve the issue. I’m very very disappointed.
