Text of Complaint by Ruovinuo Sekhose:

To whom it may concern, in my bill dated 05/04/2020- 04/05/2020 I was charged 999 extra for amazon yearly subscription that I had subscribed for I made the payment and on my airtel thanks app it says my prime membership is active yet when I log into amazon I am not yet a member of prime, hence I called amazon customer service to enquire about my membership for I had paid the yearly amount but no payment had been made. I would like to enquire what went wrong in this process that it has beenĀ  atleast 2 months since I made the payment and i am still denied access to what i have paid for.
