Without my confirmation / permission every year amazon prime subscription of 999/- is added in my bill , last year also i had complained and than the amount was refunded . Irritating and extortion kind of behaviour . So please cancel whatever amazon subscription is added and refund the amount .
Plus i have taken family pack 2 months before and it already covers amazon prime membership but had not been activated as per that plan .
