I recharged with Rs.699 pack on 28- jan-2022. In that pack, Amazon prime membership is there. But I didn’t claim in Airtel thanks app. Automatically claimed. If i clicked that claimed Amazon prime I am unable to use the benefits and unable to watch the movies. Last time when i recharged with same pack on December 2021. Amazon prime was ordered and it is there in Amazon app. Now this time this is not there in buyed items. I checked with Amazon prime customer care they told Prime membership is suspended from Jan 28. I spoken with Airtel customer care they told partner id generatedeans issue with Prime only. But Prime people told partner id was generated on 2021 Feb itself. They clearly told issue with Airtel. Kindly solve and refund my money. I will initiate new request.
