I have recharged with 699 in my airtel number which give me access in amazon prime access. But continuously from last 2 recharge of 4 month pack I am not able to open prime. Lots of complain I have raised in both Amazon and airtel but both are blaming each other and running a fraud / cheating business also harassing customer like me. Airtel provide me the same partner I’d for every recharge which is the proof of cheating.
