We purchased Jio fiber connection with Amazon prime included as part of package for Rs999/- per month in February. Since august we are unable to access Amazon prime. There have been multiple complaints, calls, requests but no resolution. Upon seeking escalation too it is denied. We are paying the package price but not receiving full package inclusions. We have been facing harassment for more than a month. Please help.
