I am S.NATARAJAN, RH 39, PALAAMI ENCLAVE, RESERVE LINE, MADURAI 625014 giving this complaint. I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER of AMAZON and buying many things using Amazon. BUT I NEVER SUBSCRIBE FOR AMAZON PRIME. BUT WITHOUT MY CONSENT and WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE THEY TOOK SUBSCRIPTION MONEY FOR AMAZON PRIME. I AM 73 year old man and NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN TV SHOWS or CINEMAS or ANYTHING. MOROVER I DON’T HAVE SMART TV.I HAVE OLD TYPE ONIDA TV ONLY. On 1st SEPTEMBER 2022 they took Rs 4958/= from my CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS AMAZON PRIME SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT. AFTER reporting I have received Rs 1034.34P on 11th SEPTEMBER 2022. KINDLY RELIEVE ME COMPLETELY FROM AMAZON PRIME AND GIVE BACK MY BALANCE AMOUNT of Rs 3923.66 P and ALLOW ME TO BUY OTHER THINGS USING AMAZON WITHOUT AMAZON PRIME MEMBERSHIP DISTURBANCE. IF YOU SAY AMAZON PRIME MEMBERSHIP IS COMPULSARY FOR GETTING THINGS I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE AMAZON TO BUY THINGS. THANKING YOU.
