I ordered 12 cycles by two order no. 5482743 and 8775542 on 8th feb 2023 on amazon business. And last date of delivery was13 th Feb to 15th
Feb 2023. But I couldn’t receive my items.
I registered a complaint to customer care.they ask me to wait till 20th feb2023. even then i couldn’t receive products. And I registered a complaint again at customer care.they reply that thay can’t refund my payment and can only forward my complaint to thair senior team.
I checked that the invoice and tracking IDs provided by the saller are fake. I provided these evidence to consern team also. But but i didn’t get any solution.
