Text of Complaint by RENUKA SHETH:

I renuka sheth had booked 2 door wardrobe through Amazon seller Caspian brand on 22nd July 2022. The day I received , I cancelled it and requested for return , becoz wardrobe was delivered in very bad condition , not covered with black / brown patches and skretchs all around. I sent pictures to Amazon & seller. Post that it is almost 18 days I called up Amazon customer care 12-15 times that no one came for Pick up instead just writing my Flat door is locked. No one came for pick up till date. nor Amazon customer care is following up with me.

All customer care officer kept on giving false promises till date but no one sorted my issues till date. Instead post my call with them thEy want us to rate them for just speaking sweetly to me,.

Seller is a cheater whom Amazon is promoting. He has sold second hand bad quality product to me.

I prey to senior responsible person in Amazon to sort out my issues ans get me my money refunded .
