I had requested for an Amazon return for a pair of earphones. However, I got an update stating that the return product did not match the original. The Amazon team manager chandramouli said that he can’t help me and was in a rush to hang up. I am feeling helpless as I have paid for the product and didn’t get a refund or a return of the product. I feel cheated by Amazon team.
