i have ordered a mobile phone during the prime day sale on amazon with card discount and an exchange offer with all the benefits the phone costed me 31,128/- includes pick up cost for the exchange phone.
When the delivery reached to deliver the phone he rejected the old phone without even checking the phone and also he didn’t even touched the phone with his hands and i was even ready to pay the extra amount if he denies the exchange but he left away with the product angrily and cancelled my product and mentioned it as the recipient didn’t accept the product.
Now i lost the whole discount which i got from the sale i.e exchange bonus, card discount and one year extra warranty for the prebook (i have prebooked this item a week before the sale) .
When i contacted amazon customer care they said we take strict against the delivery agent and also we can’t do provide any discount on the returned phone.
I have saved that money since one year to buy a good mobile now everything has lost and i can’t afford that phone with the original price.
