                        Amazon pay UPI Transaction Failed Reg, Herewith i have attached the Transaction Details for your reference

Complaint Description : I have a done a Amazon pay transaction on 9/7/2020 with transaction id  019111439816 but the transaction got failed, I contacted the amazon pay customer care service they told me to initiate a new transaction, as the transaction got failed the amount debited  will be refunded to your account in 3-5 working days, So i initiated the new transaction on the same day with transaction id  019113288410  this transaction got successful. But the  amount did not get credited back to my account in 5 working days, when i called the amazon pay regarding the issue they are asking to go to the branch and lodge a complaint in the bank, But in the branch they are not accepting the complaint as it is an amazon pay transaction.
I lodged the complaint in BHIM UPI site on 17/7/2020, Got an reply that the amount has been credited to the beneficiary account, How the failed transaction got credited in beneficiary account, Am not able to get my amount from the beneficiary, So from your side revert the amount and credit it to my account.
I have done the second transaction only after the failed transaction.
The amount has been debited twice in my account and credited two times to the beneficiary.
Please do the needful hoping for your favorable reply.
