I have transferred an amount of Rs. 2000 through Amazon Pay on 13th June, 2020. The above mentioned amount deducted from my UPI bank account, but not credited to another account.
I have raise a complaint on 16th June, 2020. But no action taken till now.
In this Pandamic situation of COVID-19 the above amount is very crucial for survival of any person. It is humble request to look into the matter on an URGENT basis please.
