I tried purchasing a product from Pharmeasy and tried making payments using Amazon Pay. The amount was deducted from my account and added to Amazon Pay Balance and from there to Pharmeasy. However, the payment to Pharmeasy failed and the order was canceled. But the amount is yet to be refunded to my account or my Amazon Pay Wallet.

Amount: Rs 1650.70.

It’s 18 days today and 13 working days but I am yet to receive the amount back. Customer service and escalation customer service are just fooling around.
Should I lodge a police complaint? for cheating. Not to get the amount but to expose the pathetic customer service of Amazon India. Similar situation in the US, you guys would have been screwed up badly. But in India, you can do anything.
Is there anybody who can take a look into this and refund the money?
