1. Loan account number = not known (Amazon Pay Later Rs. 40000)
Hacker Mobile Number (known from Amazon employee still active) = 6375157759.
Fake email id [email protected]
**Came to know from Amazon employee dipti ji this number hacked 5 more amazon accounts still no action taken. I have call records also.
No Mobiles purchases has been done by me. I m not responsible for any purchases done.
Issue
I last used my account on 20th March 2023 night. Chatted with some agent for oder of cleaning brush which was missing . After resolution I asked for amazon credit card link to apply for . The agent shared a link . I opened the link and no option found to apply afterthat I went to sleep. In morning at 12.08pm I received a mail from Amazon Account-assist having headline Amazon password inquiry addressed to some Naren Alva ( screenshot attached Please clarify who is Naren Alva ) . From that moment I lost my account Access. I contacted customer care for help but no help received. They asking for credentials but all details were changed mail and mobile number everything so they unable to verify credentials. But I didn’t received a single email and sms etc for these activities all that happened silently. Then Calling almost 25~30 times to customer service it came to my knowledge that my account has been hacked and some unauthorized shopping of mobile phones has been done using amazon pay later balance in emi option etc. I called to fraud team to stop every activity in my account and deactivate my account and stop the deliveries.
Problem
The hacker (some amazon employee who dended me credit card link on chat) has somehow inserted 2 new Numbers ending 499 and 759 etc that doesn’t belong to me I have only one number ending 048 .And due to 2 step verification the password is going in that Numbers.
I request you to investigate my account as I have losted Access. And stop and clear all the illegal purchasing done from my account. PLEASE SANITISE MY ACCOUNT AND HELP ME IN RECOVERING MY ACCOUNT AS IT WAS BEFORE 20TH MARCH 2023.
I m not liable to pay any type of fraudulent activities done on Amazon pay later account from 20th March 2023.
Now Both idfc first and amazon are not escalating this issue further. I demand to escalate this matter for the cancellation and closure of this laon on my name.
I have been harassed mentally for the loan which I have not taken. Please help me.
