Dear sir/madam, As I had due date of my EMI repayment of amazon paylater dated 05 August 2022. I have paid it 10 days before at dated 26 July 2022. But I didn’t get the confirmation sms from IDFC first Bank, since the Amazon Paylater is saying that my transaction was successful. and also Amazon customer service is saying that if this transaction do not reflect on my account before 5 August 2022 then i have to pay Penalty for that. And IDFC bank’s call are not connecting as well for further assistance.
