I had purchased a deep freezer in the month of July 2022, on EMI in Amazon pay later. My did manual payment on 1st of August of Rs 5000, but still auto debit of Rs 4373 happened.
Multiple calls and complaints made to Amazon customer care who just made false promises of amount will get refunded within 3 to 5 working days. But it’s more than a month now, but i haven’t received my money.
Kindle help to settle my issue soon
