On 20th october i was added 5500 by mistaken of 550. So i was contact with customer support of amazon. After that they gave me assurance that your balance will on 5th of nov. Again i was call and asked for refund then they promised me 100% that money refund on 14th of nov. But nothing positive. Today i call they directly say your application cancel money can’t be refund. They done fake promises and break trust of customer, very disappointed with amazon.
