I have transfer Rs.10000 on amazon pay and after transaction the amount was balance Rs.1680 and my old mobile was damage and I have new mobile purchase and after than I have again Amazon app download and create account but my Amazon pay balance Rs.1680 is not transfer
So please solution of my problem
