Hi,
1. Using Amazon Pay for making multiple payments over the years and now Amazon has kept a cap of max 15000 can be used from Amazon Pay wallet for making the payment of insurance premium. I have made payments for multiple years and now sudden policy change and no communication as a user to me.
2. Moreover convinence fee is being levied for making a insurance premium payment with Amazon Pay ICICI Card. While issuing the card they mentioned card can be used for all utility payments with out limts along with cashback and now app is showing that charges will be levied. No communication has been sent to me as customer and it is impacting to make the payments
