I ordered a pressure checking machine with order ID 40337501341257156 for amount 1599 and it is delivered by cash on delivery. But the product is damaged and I returned it. The amount is credited in my Amazon pay balance account with phone number 8848235205 . I changed my phone number to 9495093773 informing Amazon. But in both phone number the Amazon pay balance amount is missing along with order ID. It is a crucial mistake by Amazon . So I want to retain my Amazon pay balance amount with immediate effect
