On amazon.in I ordered (Order # 171-3066416-0265139) a wheel chair for my Mother(a senior citizen) who urgently need it at this moment. “Delhivery” associate showed non professional attitude and deliberately cancelled item instead of delivering it. But showing as customer cancelled! I reached Amazon CS team number of times and they told they will arrange for re-delivery. But ultimately the item is returning to the customer. Amazon CS team saying they will refund but that is not my intention. I need urgently the item if I re-order it will take again 15 days time. Please help. Why Amazon do not have contract with a professional courier company “Delhivery” ? Why as a customer I should suffer? Could you please help on this.
