On Nov 2 i placed an order from amazon
( weird free Prime overnight service from 7am-11am) i have never used this overnight service. The next day i receive notice on my phone saying the package was delivered at 9:30 am and handed to the resident. I haven’t received anything that day!
I called amazon and they said wait until end of the day tomorrow. Ok
i waited, nothing arrived. I went to my building doorman concierge and asked about any package for me, he shows me his record book where he records all the deliveries, my apartment wasn’t in the record. Amazon driver never came to my building and never delivered my package!
I called amazon again and again, wits avail, they didn’t solve my issue and didn’t issue a refund ! Or anything to accommodate me !
What a shame
