I had mistakenly ordered an item known as pedia lac on Amazon on July 27 2023 I had paid for the order I placed through upi and after placing the order wrongly I several times had spoken to Amazon ppl and kindly requested them to cancel the order more than 4to 5 times I requested them politely but they never did but the product got delivered on August 21st 2023 and I raised a return request as the product was of no use for me if I had kept it too with me after 2 days an delivery executive had come to collect the product he had checked the product thoroughly and taken it back but amazon ppl are saying that they didn’t recieve the product from me and not updating in my amazon account they are not doing the refund of money thar I paid through upi 2746 inr I tried contacting Amazon regarding this but no one is responding
