Text of Complaint by Nitin Rose:

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy buds 2 pro from amazon on 9 oct 23 I received the item on 11 October 23 but the item received wasn’t compatible with my phone so i called for a replacement but the amazon executive told me that they can only issue refund so i agreed the item was picked up on 14 oct 23 since than the item status was showing we didn’t receive the item and can only issue refund after receiving and have a refund policy of 13 days now they are saying they can’t issue refund as i have sent a incorrect item but the pick up guy inspected the item before receiving and even jow on their application the status is item not received only picked up screenshot attached
