I had conversation with Heads up for tails and after confirming with HUFT and with amazon i ordered bed for my dogd but the sizes are way too big for them. I want to return the same and trying this from the same day they have been deliered. The pickup guy calls and says i cannot take it on bike and will send bigger vehicle for pickup. this been done 3-4 times but the product is still not picked up. Very very disappointed with Amazon’s service. Very bad customer care as i have been calling them since 3-4 days no body is picking up the call.I want this to be returned and refund of the same return window will close on 30 oct 2023.
