My item never arrived and they refused to refund also.
I had ordered 2 of a single item and only one arrived.
They say that they have x-ray images of my package containing the products but that cant share the evidence because it is thier policy. I work for an NGO and I had bought it for them, to help thier disabled artist, this is so unfortunate.
