Text of Complaint by Manoj Kumar:

This is my regarding my order ID 402-5120704-3571568 and order date 3rd September 2021, and it was a wall lamp, glass wall lamp. When I received it and open it i found Wall lamp glass broken, and after that same day I was already informed to Amazon customer care that I was received it in broken condition, then they offer me two option one for refund and another option for replacement, I choose for replacement then they process my order for replacement but when your pickup and delivery person come to me and the inspect the product and he says wall lamp glass broken your product is damage we don’t accept damage product and can’t give you replacement product and he gone without giving me any replacement. Then same day I have informed all the incident to your customer care executive. Then they told me, we have only option to give you refund your money, now i chose for refund, but no person came for product pickup on given date then again I contact to your Amazon customer care executive to ask for why your pickup person not come for damage product pickup. Again your Amazon customer care executive says sorry and process my pickup for next day scheduled, but again no one came for pikup the product, then again I informed to your Amazon customer care executive all the incident that time any senior executives insured me my product can pickup on 12/09/2021, but again same incident happened to me your pickup person came and saying your product is broken we can’t pickup broken and damage product. Now I feel very bad and harassed by Amazon. Then in that conditions I again I contact to your senior Amazon customer care executive Mr. Kishore and his behavior was very rude to me, they told me i have to send this product on my own expens then they will process my refund and he was arguing to me. And till now my product not pickup by Amazon.
