I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my order #406-7324103-9108336. I ordered a laptop for Rs 20,490 on 30th July 2019 and made the payment to Amazon seller services. However, I did not receive the product, and your services claimed that the transaction had expired, and the product could not be delivered.
I was expecting a prompt resolution of the issue, but unfortunately, it has been more than five years, and I am yet to receive my refund. It shows on amazon’s dashboard that the “refund is processed,” but I have not received any amount in my bank account. I have contacted customer executives multiple times, and they have provided me with the same excuse that the “higher escalation team” will contact me soon. However, I have not received any communication from any team in the last five years.
I have all the necessary documents, including my bank statements and proof of payment to Amazon seller services, showing that the money was credited to their Deutsche account no. xx83002. Despite all the evidence, I have not received my refund, and this is highly unacceptable. I want my refund to be processed immediately.
