I ordered a prepaid item of cost 717.25 rupees 2 time on Amazon,but first time my fault that is i entered wrong pin code by mistake, ok it’s my mistake but now they are taking 4 working days to refund my payment…ok but then 2nd time I placed this order again on prepaid mode they deduct amount and place order successfully and after some time they mail me that your order has been cancelled and your refund will be initiated in 2-4 days…so I’m complaining against Amazon and there policies if they can’t order items then why are they deduct payment from us.. please sir/mam take some strict action against this
