Sir I had ordered a cannon pixma G3000 order from Amazon vide order 406-7131779-1509954 date 17 Jan 19 tracking I’d Gati 998278516, the product is updated as delivered besides not delivered to customer (me). The product is told to return to concern company view delay on delivery, however, delivery agent not entertained. Besides raising complain, solution is to deliver the item to me and which I could not return in view of late delivery. Due to the fault of Amazon service I was forced to purchase the product, request necessary action for product return and money back to my account. Presently the item is with delivery agent. Thanks
