I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my recent orders with Amazon. On [27-Jan-2024], I placed an order for two items:
Havels Water Heater (Order #403-3260416-9633143)
Havels Water Purifier (Order #403-0976327-1205907)
I received the first item, the Havels 10L Water Heater, which was correct, and I have no concerns regarding this order.
However, I encountered a problem with the second item, the Havels Water Purifier. Instead of receiving the correct item, I received a different product. Despite contacting customer service to initiate a return for the Havels Water Purifier (Order #403-0976327-1205907), there was a misunderstanding, and they processed a return request for the Havels Water Heater (Order #403-3260416-9633143). Consequently, the return item was collected from me.
I possess photographic evidence of the incorrectly delivered package for the Havels Water Purifier, clearly displaying the order number and a package weight of 1.6kg, whereas the original item should weight 10kg.
Despite multiple attempts to rectify this issue by contacting customer service, I have been repeatedly informed that the return request was marked for Order #403-3260416-9633143, and consequently, only a refund for this item can be processed. Unfortunately, no resolution has been offered for the incorrect delivery of Order #403-0976327-1205907.
I want to emphasize that the value of the Havels Water Purifier (Order #403-0976327-1205907) is Rs. 21,850, significantly higher than the Rs. 6,798 value of the Havels Water Heater (Order #403-3260416-9633143). It is deeply concerning that I am being told a refund can only be issued for the lower-priced item, especially considering the substantial difference in value between the two items.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and a resolution that accurately addresses the incorrect delivery of Order #403-0976327-1205907.
