I have ordered 4 products from Amazon for my sister marriage that is 2 saree and 2 dresses, worth rs 1 lakh 30000 but I received low quality dresses, so I returned it, Amazon sent me mail that my money is refunded, but no amount came to my account, it’s been more than 1 month they are keeping me wait,
Initially they said Money stuck due to some technical error, later they denies refund, and not willing to refund, I tried to mail and call buy they denies refund.
It’s my lifetime Savings.
Seller on Amazon are fraud they are not sending right products.
