Regarding my order no 403-7039798-0137169
Very disappointed service given by Amazon
I was ordered a Watch on date 03/10/2021 .and it was delivered at my address on date 12th Oct 2021. But my watch was defective ,Day in watch is not working properly.So that I did replacement my watch on same day .and replacement order is 408-0037674-9745119 generated.
On next day Date 13/10/21 at time 11.40 hrs ,one delivery boy called me for pick up my watch and they checked my watch and also scan the pick up process .at that time they told me that you will get your watch within 2days.
On next day Date 14/10/21 ,again one delivery boy was called me to deliver my watch.but he was telling to me to give old watch then I will give new watch .the old watch was already given return on yesterday on date 13/10/2021 .due to this delivery boy was not given my new watch and went .
After that I called to your customer care and they told me there was some technical
System was generated return and replacement order .again this is not my fault.
After discussion they told me that we donot again do replacement in second time .and will refund your money .
Now today is 20/10/21 ,my money is not credited in my account.so I again called to customer care .Now they are telling that there is updated in remark “product was delivered but Box is empty ”
How is it possible? I gave the product and delivery boy was checked the product after that how wrong remark was updated ?
I am hopeless at this time due to poor service given by Amazon.
Please look into the matter and give me either my product “Watch ” or credit my money .
