Text of Complaint by KGB RAO:

I had purchased a Creative Lier Headphones in the month of May 2021 and has a warranty of one year. In the month of January, 2022 the battery dysfunctional and not charging. For which I have escalated with Creative Labs as well as Amazon on 20th March 2022 for replacement of the defective product. The manufacturer categorically said that the fulfilment of warranty terms only by Amazon.in and not by them. The Amazon is delaying without any proper commitment and making me to run post to pillar. Amazon twice promised that they will refund the money but again when I contacted them they are saying one or the other reason and dillydallying the issue so that the customer is vexed and stop claim the warranty.
