I ordered boat earbuds and watch but I have received only earbuds , watch Box was empty and when complaint this to Amazon customer care .the agent said that I have sent investigation for this please wait for 5 days. I call in customer care after 4 day . The agent said that investigation is over and we are not able to provide you replacement or refund. I ask him, please escalate this again but he said unable to escalate.
