I ordered Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro from Amazon but I got some other buds, I requested a return, they started an investigation and asked images of the wrong product, after then pick up was done and no refund was inititated, I asked for the same, then they said I have sent them the wrong product, I even shared the full unboxing video but they keep cutting calls. I didn’t got any product and didn’t got refunded also.
