I ordered a product from Amazon and paid for it but some how I did not get the product.When am checking the status it’s showing Ready for Dispatch from last 5 days and I suppose to get the product 2 days back.
When I contacted with customer ppl they are telling that they have already created a ticket for it but however am not getting any update on my account and it’s same status.
Even customer care ppl are telling you may or may not get the product.But when I check that product is not available so my question is as I have already paid for the product I should get it else Amazon should pay me back the current price of the product not the amount have paid.For their mistake I did not get the product after paying the amount.
And this customer care ppl are not able to help me properly always thy are telling we don’t have much info.
