I have ordered a product on Amazon and which need to be delivered on September 01st. Yesterday(09/01) when I have tracked the order, I see the product has reaches to final destination but not delivered to me. On the same i have consulted Amazon customer care. They are informing that due to some system errors on their end deliveries getting impacted.
What I have asked them is, when they have identified issue with their system/application, they have to notify the customers that there will be delay in delivering the products. Instead they are asking me to wait until product get delivered else cancel the order to get refund.
As a consumer, i have waited near to a week expecting the product gets deliver.
This shows, Amazon doesn’t have any seriousness or commitment towards the commited date of their customer order and their need.
