I have order a samsung refrigerator on 4/3/2021 and fixed a scheduled delivery on 15/3/2021 as per amazon and the product not delivered till now. i have contact amazon customer care 4-5 times and they said wait 3-5 days and same thing done 3 times till now and i request for cancellation they say we dont able to cancel yr product…..plz help me they hold my 27000 rupees…further i want my order or payment but they not respond properly and consume lot of times….the proofs are enclosed here..
