Amazon not cancel order for wrong recharge

Hello Sir/mam,

I am Muruganantham S AIRTEL user.
Actually the problem is I recharged a wrong number that is (9994427732) my dad number instead of my correct number (9597423233)from a third party application that is AMAZON of amount ₹2698/- (TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NIGHTY EIGHT RUPEES)This amount is very huge for me.
For my father number (9994427732) 24th July only I recharged 1 year pack.

So I request Amazon to reverse that recharge of ₹2698/-from that wrong number to the correct number. Or cancel the recharge.

My transaction id : 407-1190692-1028341

I tried by contacting Amazon customer service with in 10 minutes. they said that we can’t help you for this order.

Ask them to provide cancel option for third party for half an hour. So money will not get waste for common citizens.

For me 2700 rs get wasted. If they provide cancel option money will not wasted.

So i am writing this mail …hoping that you will help others.
