I ordered a product iball itab on Amazon on 27 Jan 2020. I got the product in damaged condition. I called customer care and told them abt the damaged product.
They told me engineer will visit and after the report by engineer replacement will be provided. Then after inspection we called customer care they told us engineer has submitted the report we are ordering replacement for the same.
But when delivery person came to deliver he refused to pick up the old tab as he said he was not aware about the damaged product. Then he told us to talk to customer care. Then customer care told us if seller is not accepting we will do pick up and issue refund but since then daily pick up is scheduled and twice the pick up is cancelled.
And daily I talk to customer care they assure me today pick up will be done. They are just giving me false hopes. Our money is stuck and daily they are making us false excuses. I request you to take strict action against amazon.
