Regarding the One plus buds pro 2 order, Being a Prime member my order was supposed to be deliver the next day i placed it and it was a pre paid order. When the order arrived, the delivery partner refused to deliver the order saying it is COD order, asking to pay 9000 rs. When i denied the payment, He then rescheduled the delivery date to next day without asking. I confronted this to amazon customer service and asked for sorting out the issue, they clarified that the payment has been done and i will not face this kind of issue with the delivery the next day. The next day, another delivery partner comes and i face the same payment issue. I tried to convince the delivery partner and asked him to talk to the amazon customer service to confirm. but then he neither did call me nor did he receive my calls. Again, i tried to reach out to the customer service, asking him to help with the order, he promised that he will get the delivery done by the evening. At the evening, i checked the tracking and it showed the package has been sent back to seller. I did not even cancel the order. On confronting the issue again with the customer service, Nobody took any action with the customer service behavior and delivery partner.
I faced the same issue with another order. And here one of the customer service member named Vandana was showing very unprofessional and rude behavior towards me. I am really disappointed wit h the kind of behavior thrown by the customer service team regardless of their fault and careless attitude.
