Text of Complaint by BK Sahoo:

I have ordered to Amazon for 3 growbags  on 4th July 2021 which was delivered to me on 11th July 2021.  After receiving the same, I observed that the item was not the same as displayed in the amazon site. Hence I opted to return the items same day which was approved and date of picking up of the items was scheduled to 12th July. When nobody came for picking up, I made chats with amazon customer care 3 times between 14th and 17th July and made a call on 17th July also.  After that, the date for picking up was rescheduled to 19th July. It is for the 3rd time for which the date has been rescheduled for picking up the defective items. For such kind of act on the part of Amazon, I am being harassed for last 8 days and my money is also blocked. Eventually, harassed by the amazon customer care service, I want to took shelter of the Court. Hoping the best justice from the hon’ble Court.
