Very pathetic service from Amazon India.
Customer care executives..They are totally unaware of what they are working.. having zero information on the parcel which is out of delivery..data entry guys have better information I guess..
Called CRE each date..total calls more than 20+ times but issue not solved yet..
I had ordered one plus 10R on 29Sep 22 n product was out of delivery on 5oct 22… still i have not got my product..
5 days for delivery.. for parcel which say .. ‘out of delivery n will get today ‘
Every time CRE says to wait..
Delivery agent not contactable at all.. disconnecting calls since 5oct..
Very worst Amazon
I had paid full amt on this + bring prime member of Amazon.. such a disappointing revert from them..
Such a waste of time.
