I was orderd Redmi note 5 pro model mobile from Amazon online purchase.
Product received, but some option not available, complained to the Amazon customer care,22/10/2019 Redmi service team person directly checked the mobile,
Service person reply message: sorry sir this problem solved impossible, so our request to replacement the new mobile.
23/10/2019 replacement order copy received my amazon login page.
28/10/2019 new mobile received and old mobile handovered but same problem the replacement new mobile.
