Fraud company they have taken my money and not returning back i lost almost 35k please help me to get money as am poor and need to afford my family

I lost almost 64,000 Rs. From Flilpkart mall
They are fraud . They are doing these things in the name of Amazon , Flipkart and Snapdeal .
For me it was like vip 1, vip 2 and vip 3. They said they won’t unfreeze till I complete vip 3 . So till completing vip 3 I lost almost 64,000 Rs .After completing all levels , they are doing dramas that I need to pay 30k more to get all money back.
But I didn’t pay 30k .
