I purchased Honeywell Moxie V1400 Earbuds which were delivered on 20th July and while purchasing it mentioned an option of 10 days return. Whereas when I want to return today on 29th July within timeline , Amazon has changed the policy after my purchase to replacement and no cancellation. Only a policy at the time of purchase shall apply and not policies which are changed after the purchase. I would file a case before consumer court and highlight this mal practice on all social media so that others are not cheated.
