Hello there
I had a printerĀ ordered on jan 19 Jan 2021 from Amazon the MRP of product was listed 32727 and selling price was 2899 so i had placed an order for this great deal and also the seller was trusted Appario Retail Private Ltd .
The product was shipped and confirmed by the seller and amazon . Later I got a notification from Amazon saying the product was damaged during transit this information was provided by Amazon customer team . Later that late night amazon I got an mail from Amazon saying it was a pricing error .
So I was shocked that amazon was lying to me about the damage and asked for evidence of damage they didn’t provide me at all . I contacted the team again and she said I cannot do anything about it as he had limitations but she knew amazon was cheating me and didn’t agree as he was a part of amazon .
Amazon should be guilty for lying (damaged in transit )and faking the price during the sale time in addition my 1 more product has the same pricing error on the same night the sale had been given . Amazon also failed to deliver amazon fulfilled product such a shame on amazon
