I received a post from the Amazon prize distribution department stating that I have won 1 lac cash and a scratch code with 10 lac prize money with a helpline no. When I called I was asked to give my name address and coupon code with lucky no via sms. Then I received verification and was asked about my bank details than was asked to pay service tax of 11000 which would be included in my total prize money of 1100000 and will be returned . Then they asked to pay gst of 38500 and said 50% gst ie 19250 will support the transaction which I paid but then they said the whole gst needs to be paid for the transaction which alarmed me. Now they won’t return the amount I have already paid. Please look into the matter as it is a matter of customer trust and defamation
